A Mental Health Treatment Plan (previously known as a ‘mental health care plan’) is a plan for people with a mental health disorder. If you have mental health issues, your doctor can write a plan for you.

Lifeline is Australia’s leading suicide prevention service. We are a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24-hour crisis support.

This Way Up

This Way Up is an international award-winning, free and low-cost online course out of St Vincents Hospital have been clinically proven to help. GP’s are able to prescribe paid courses so that they are free – e.g. a free sleep management course: Managing Insomnia Course 



Black Dog Institute

Black Dog Institute have created My Compass, a personalised self-help tool for your mental health. It takes some basic information and helps to track ongoing treatments. It also teaches some basic skills that doctors and counsellors would teach to help make positive change.



Mindspot

Mindspot is a digital mental health clinic trusted by over 150,000 Australians, provides free, anonymous assessment and treatment for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and chronic pain.



Moodgym

Moodgym is an interactive self-help to learn and practise skills which can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. Moodgym was developed based on evidence based studies and is free to use.



CCI

Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) – based in Perth WA, however also provides a range of excellent, free evidence-based online resources for individuals seeking self-help materials to improve their mental health Looking After Yourself 



CLAN

CLAN (Care Leavers Australasia Network) offers support to people who have grown up in orphanages, children’s homes, missions and foster care in Australia & NZ, or whose parents or other family members had this experience.
