About the Project Partnerships Program

A major element of The Centre’s implementation of the Volunteer Management Activity is creating partnerships with community experts through the Project Partnerships Program.

Steve will showcase their project “Conversations that Matter” and talk about how the project was devised, how the resources developed can be used by volunteer managers to improve their volunteer programs and to encourage and support volunteering through embracing diversity and inclusivity.

The “Conversations That Matter” project consists of four e-learning modules and four webinars covering the topics:

• Conflict management for Volunteers
• Mediation
• Having difficult conversations
