Developed in partnership with Voluntas, the ‘Conversations that Matter’ suite of resources provides information, practical examples and tools to support volunteer leaders and volunteer involving organisations to identify, manage and resolve conflicts in a safe and collaborative environment.

Each one-hour webinar expands on the above module topics through engaging and insightful conversations with industry experts. Drawing on their experience, speakers will share case studies and practical advice to help volunteer leaders navigate the world of conflict resolution.
